Rampup
Step 1: Seed Developer - We build your outsourced team just like you would do it yourself, one developer at a time. We start off with one of our most senior developers who comes on-site and starts working within your organization on day one, absorbing the business knowledge, technical environment and making the vital social connections necessary to efficiently build a strong working partnership.
Step 2: Increase Team Size - Once the seed developer is fully integrated into your organization over a period of several weeks, we organically grow the outsourced team one developer at a time. The first few developers may also make short on-site visits at the beginning of their tenure to further speed up the ramp-up process. Once there are a number of our developers who are fully up to speed we continue to add more developers which we can ramp-up off site.
Step 3: Remove Seed Developer - Once the entire team is ramped up, the seed developer is no longer needed on-site.
Visibility
The development team along with employees from the client participate in daily Scrums (or status meets) to ensure that there is daily communication between everyone involved in the project.
Continuous Integration
In addition to the initial ramp-ups, we encourage for some of our developers to work onsite with the customer during critical times such as intense design sessions or the lead-up to an important code freeze. We are also in favor of having some of our client's developers work out of our office in Poznan for short periods. These continuous interoffice exchanges are essential for long projects with mixed development teams.
Project & Relationship Management
A native English-speaking project manager is assigned to the project who to oversee the entire engagement and provide high level status' and updates to clients who are not engaged with the project on a daily basis.
Communication
The entire team communicates throughout the day via Skype, phone and other communication technologies.
