Bartek Branewski, CEO
Bartek spends his time listening to customers and figuring out how to adapt Baroo's offers to cater to the needs of each individual engagement. He considers himself more as a guide who helps companies execute their first successful nearshoring strategy.
Prior to Baroo, Bartek worked as a Territory Partner Manager for IBM. He has held several sales positions in various IT companies dealing both with software and hardware. His educational background is a combination of technical and humanistic studies including postgraduate degrees from Poznan University of Technology and Poznan University of Economics.

Bartek Rudnicki, Software Development Manager
Bartek is passionate about Java with main focus on JEE applications. He was the first Baroo employee and spent most of his professional life working with a majority of Baroo's customers in the role of a Senior Technical Team Lead which he still does today in addition to his Software Development Manager responsibilities.
Prior to joining Baroo, Bartek worked as a Java Developer in a banking industry. Bartek has a Masters and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Poznan University of Technology.

Bartek Kunowski, Director
Bartek co-founded Baroo Software in 2007 and served as the CEO for almost 5 years. He is now an active member of the board of directors.
Prior to Baroo Software, Bartek worked as a Technical Project Manager for Dublin-based VISION consulting. Earlier in his career, Bartek was a Software Developer in the US and Canada working for companies such as Amazon.com, DoubleClick and American Express. Bartek has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

Dawid Kedziora, Director
Prior to co-founding Baroo, Dawid worked as a Senior Developer and Technical Architect in Ireland and Poland for Cybertrust, VISION Consulting and Siemens R&D Lab. Dawid has a Masters and Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Poznan University of Technology.
